Does it have 2 x rtx 2080 ti ? If you look spec on other shop it says sli cards included?

Is it normal that in heat mode, it blows also cold air on the back? I understand that in cool mode you extract the hot air through the window but in hot mode you extract cold air ? It doesn’t make sense…
