The Samsung SSDs the latest series 5 are awesome and super fast. I wouldn’t buy a spinning drive in 2020 unless it’s a huge capacity one for a NAS or a specific use. Sandisk also offers excellent external SSDs.

Keep in mind this is a standard spinning drive and thats its a Seagate. I would highly recommend to go for Western Digital. All the Seagate drives I had (external and on my NAS) failed at one point or the other.
