Yes from the link above. I was suspicious when I saw from the post website that my delivery was going to weigh around 2.5kg but still… Big mistake.
then get in contact with interdiscount, because the description is pretty clear that its not a 14“ portable monitor ?
@Stevo what is written in the mail when u placed the order, and what is written in the deliveryconformation?
I got in touch with them on the phone and said to send pics of what I received and they’ll take it from there. I actually saw on the site that you can fill a form and ship it back to them, however I don’t have a printer. Tomorrow I’ll take it in the nearest shop and hope they can help me.
Also:
– the order/confirmation email everything mentioned this product, the 31.5″ screen you see here.
– the tracking number associated with my order that was in the shipping email was incorrect and returns no data in the tracking.
– I have a post.ch profile so I saw there was a shipment coming from interdiscount, but it had a different tracking number and weighed only 2.5kg.
Anybody else has feedback?
Interdiscount sends the wrong product by purpose… I also got a delivery notification with 2.76Kg for 2 Screens.
Means I will have to complain about that tomorrow as well

Hi! In my case they just took the product back and refunded me (around 5 days after they received it). They didn’t really offered to send the right one and I just wanted to avoid any further trouble so I just took my money back and bye bye
same here… and they could only take it back, not order a replacement. Unfortunately, there is no shipping date for the monitor now….
I believe they have used the same product number for the two products and this led to the mistake. Luckily they took it back in a store this morning and I should get a refund to my account within 48 hours…

Wollte heute den Asus Monitor in der Filiale abholen, da war dann aber für mich auch ein Asus Zenscreen 14“ bereitgestellt. Laut Mitarbeiter kam so ein Fehler noch nie vor. Er war völlig ratlos. Habe gesagt sie sollen mir die Bestellung stornieren (ich hatte noch nicht bezahlt). Schade, aber das wurde mir einfach zu mühsam.
Ein Freund von mir hat seinen erhalten. Mir wurde meiner auch bestätigt.
Interessanterweise habe ich zwei Abholungseinladungen erhalten. Die erste mit dem richtigen Asus TUF Monitor. Ein paar Tage später dann nochmals eine mit dem Asus 14“ Zenscreen. Beides mit derselben Bestellnummer. Irgendwas läuft da bei ID komplett falsch. Ich hoffe bei dir klappts ??
Ist dieser Monitor auch geeignet, wenn man nur selten gamed? Oder wählt man da besser einen anderen? Selbstverständlich von dieser Preisregion und ähnlicher Bilddiagonale gesprochen.
Hallo Zorro, dieser Monitor ist sehr gut geeignet, wenn man nur ab und zu spielt. Im Prinzip hat er viele gute Eigenschaften, welche sonst nur teuererer Gaming Monitore haben ( knackscharfes QHD-Bild, tolle Farbwiedergabe samt HDR-Unterstützung und 120% sRGB / 90% DCI-P3
ausreichend schnell zum anspruchsvollen Gaming, übertaktbar
gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis), auf der Negativseite schlagen ledilich dieses Punkte zu Buche ( etwas geringe Maximalleuchtkraft, keine USB-Anschlüsse, nicht höhenverstellbar) – also durchaus ein Top Preis-Leistungs-Angebot

Fehlende Höhenverstellbarkeit ist sehr mühsam. Musst dann entweder eine neue Halterung kaufen oder Bücher unterlegen.
@Horscht: Ein verstellbare Monitorhalterung würde ich mir sowieso überlegen zu kaufen. Ich finde den mitgelieferten Ständer wirklich kein optisches Highlight und auch unpraktisch breit.
Ich würde dann eher noch etwas mehr ausgeben und mir den Dell holen:
