Ich habe die seit über einem Jahr.
Die Mark 3 hat allerdings einen Cfexpress slot weshalb ich überlege zu wechseln. Der Uhs-II in der Mark 2 kann leider nur knapp 200mb/s schreiben.
Have you tried disabling jpeg and using only compressed RAW? And using high-end V90 card?
Mk3 has bigger sensor so that will make the files larger. I would make sure it will actually make a difference before buying it, because 90% of improvements are for video, not stills.
Sure but in very fast shuttermode I run in full buffer and need to wait until buffer is written to the SD card. I use Kingston Canvas react plus cards. According to tests on Speicherkarten.guru it's one of the fastest cards for this camera. Mk3 has also slightly larger buffer and Cfexpress is 10x faster than SD cards.

Mk3 is a lot of money if this is the main reason you want to switch. That's why I would try optimizing what I had already, but I guess the file size savings will not be spectacular.
Definitely using CRAW is step 1. I'm assuming if you disable jpeg then no additional processing like lens correction should happen, but you could disable those and see, maybe you're not waiting for the buffer to empty, but waiting for image processing (but the chances are slim). Also picture profiles that do image sharpening, but should only apply to jpeg.
Maybe consider getting R5 MK2 on some nice discount, at least you will get other significant improvements.
Just my opinion of course. The best thing about R6 M3 coming out will be me getting R6 M2 from brack on canon day for 999 chf in a year from now.
I'm not in a rush to get a mk3. I hope for a good offer around black Friday this year 😉 R5 mk2 is not my budget 🙄
