Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Balance also offers a Lifetime subscription paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99, which includes unlimited access to the Balance library forever.

Great app that helps me in my daily life to listen to my body and that also helps me with some techniques I'm learning in therapy. I'd love to have sth about emotional dysregulation, a single for general anxiety without any cause and some more stretching! Stretching helps me to release tension in my body and keep a good posture that have positive effects on my body. And I'm looking forward for more plans!

Update still incredibly impressed. Easy to follow, and extremely helpful in calming the mind. Once purchased a very helpful app, has meditation courses starting for the absolute beginner, advancing as you go and become more experienced extra help options you can tap into to help you through the day with how you feel. Certainly helps in alleviating depression. Don't get me wrong, not a quick fix. Life is not easy. You have to work with it to achieve results. Fully recommended.

I've been using this app for over a year now.. every single night and then some other times. It's truly been a game-changer with relaxing and letting go for bedtime. My brain doesn't like to stop no matter how tired I am, but these sessions provide just what I need to let go, relax, and find some amazing relief and rest. Thank you, Balance, for an amazing resource!
